The Center of Congenital Vascular Anomalies (CCVA) diagnoses and treats:

  • Congenital vascular malformations: arterial, arteriovenous, venous, lymphatic, capillary, various mixed forms, the so-called Klippel-Trenaunay, Klippel-Trenaunay-Weber syndromes, various complex syndrome forms, Milroy's disease, capillary malformations.
  • Vascular tumors: Hemangiomas, rare forms, and other rare congenital vascular tumors.
  • Congenital anomalies of large arteries and veins, aorta, empty veins, Marfan syndrome and others.

Methods

The latest and most advanced research methods are used for research and diagnosis, some of which are performed in only a few clinics in the world. These include TPPS, DCE-MRI, as well as interventional and CT angiography, ultrasound, genetic testing, and others as needed to assess pathology.

Treatment

Treatment tactics and methods are selected for each patient individually according to the nature of the pathology, localization, prevalence, symptomatology, and hemodynamic activity of the abnormality. In the Center of Congenital Vascular Anomalies complex surgical operations are performed, endovascular methods are applied. In case of complex anomalies, endovascular treatment is combined with surgical, laser therapy is performed.
