Is interested in all areas of neurology, follows and applies in everyday practice modern diagnostic and treatment recommendations. Rasa Kizlaitienė. In 1999 graduated from the Faculty of Medicine of Vilnius University and completed residency of neurology. Doctor of medicine. Employee of the Clinic of Neurology and Neurosurgery in the Faculty of Medicine of Vilnius University. Subject of scientific research: cognitive dysfunction in multiple sclerosis. Since 2005 is responsible for work of subdepartment of Multiple Sclerosis established in VUH Santaros Klinikos. Received training in Austria, USA, Germany, Israel. Dalia Mataciuniene. In 2007 gained specialty of neurologist. Since 2011 works in the Centre of Neurology as a full time worker. Received training in Austria, Denmark, France, international summer schools of epilepsy. Area of interest: sleep medicine. Together with colleagues elaborates activity of the Laboratory of Sleep Disorders, performs polysomnography. Since beginning of 2014 is responsible for work of neurologists in Emergency department.

Dalius Jatužis received his medical degree (1985-1991), neurology training (1991-1995) and PhD degree (1999) at Vilnius University in Lithuania. D. Jatužis had several postdoctoral fellowships in neurology and clinical physiology in USA, Sweden, Austria. His current research interests involve cerebrovascular disease, stroke management and cerebrovascular ultrasound. Full-time professor, Head of Clinics of Neurology and Neurosurgery at Vilnius University. D. Jatužis is a President of the Lithuanian Stroke Association and Lithuanian Association of Neurologists. D. Jatužis is senior physician neurologist, Chief of neurological functional diagnostics service. He performs ultrasound examinations of extracranial and intracranial cerebral vessels.

Arūnas Vaitkevičius, MD, PhD. In 2004 gained specialty of neurologist. Received training in Austria, Switzerland, Czech Republic, Cochrane evidence based seminars of neurology. Since 2006 works in Memory clinic at the VUH Santaros Klinikos out-patient department. The area of interest is various cognitive disorders, Alzheimer‘s disease, as well as other dementias, neurodegenerative and other neurological disorders. Performs nerve conduction studies, electromyography (ENMG) and evoked potentials studies.

Kristina Ryliškienė, PhD. In 2003 gained specialty of neurologist. Since 2006 works at VUH Santaros Klinikos Centre of Neurology. A lecturer in the clinic of Neurology and Neurosurgery at the Vilnius University. Area of scientific work and clinical interest: headache, dizziness, stroke in young age, neurosonology.

Justina Liutkienė. In 2008 gained specialty of neurologist. Since 2008 works as a staff neurologist in the Centre of Neurology both in the in-patient department and in the out-patient department (subdepartment of Multiple Sclerosis) . Area of interest: multiple sclerosis, immunology of multiple sclerosis, specific immunomodulating, immunosuppressive therapy and symptomatic treatment of multiple sclerosis, patient care.

Rūta Mameniškienė. Certified neurologist from 1997. Doctor of medicine. Assoc. professor and senior scientific associate at Clinic of Neurology and Neurosurgery in the Faculty of Medicine of Vilnius University. The areas of particular scientific interest are: epilepsy, headache, mood, cognitive and sleep disorders in epilepsy, electroencephalography. Performs a scientific research in the field of epilepsy and cognitive impairment, organizes educational seminars in neurology for doctors, postgraduate fellows and residents, participates in clinical trials as an investigator. Has received training in Austria, Denmark, Israel, USA, United Kingdom, the Netherlands, Norway, Germany. President of Lithuanian Society for epileptology, representative of Lithuania in the European Academy of Neurology Scientist Panel on epilepsy. Is responsible for work of subdepartment of Epilepsy and Sleep Disorders, evaluates EEG and performs long-term video-EEG monitoring.

Completed doctoral dissertation research “The value of transcranial color-coded duplexsonography in assessment of normal and impaired cerebral haemodynamics” and gained doctor of medicine degree in 1999. Scientific interests: stroke, neurosonology. Trained and educated in Vilnius University, Kaunas Greifswald University Clinic, Neurosonological laboratory 1997, in Regensburg University Neurological Clinic and Neurosonological laboratory (Germany) with DAAD stipendium in 1998, with Bayerische Forschungsstiftung stipendium in 2003, and under the EU Program “Development of professional competence of health care specialists contributing to the reduction of morbidity and mortality from cardiovascular diseases” in 2011. Became a certified neurologist at Vilnius University in 2002 and has undergone postdoctoral fellowship in Austria, Salzburg-Cornell medical seminars, European Federation of Neurological Societies (EFNS) Academy and EFNS congresses, Cochrane database seminars in evidence-based neurology, Movement Disorders Society congresses and seminars, successfully participates in World Federation of Neurology continuing medical education program.
