Regina Aleksonienė. Regina Aleksonienė is the senior physician for pulmonology at the Center of Pulmonology and Allergology and a pulmonologist. From 1995 to 2003, she worked as a physician and clinical physiologist at the functional diagnostic division. She performs respiratory function tests and participates in clinical trials. Regina Aleksonienė is a doctoral student at the Vilnius University Clinic of Infectious, Chest Diseases, Dermatovenereology and Allergology. Rūta Balčiuvienė. Rūta Balčiuvienė works as a pulmonologist at the Consultation polyclinic of Vilnius University Hospital Santaros klinikos. She is a member of the Lithuanian Physicians Union, the Lithuanian Pulmonologists Society and the European Respiratory Society. Elena Bernotienė. Elena Bernotienė is a pulmonologist at the Center of Pulmonology and Allergology of Vilnius University Hospital Santaros klinikos. She constantly improves her knowledge in various congresses in Lithuania and other European coutries. In 1996, she participated in training at Keel University Hospital in the United Kingdom. As a researcher, she participates in clinical trials. She is the author or co-author of various articles in both the medical and popular press. Audra Blažienė. Audra Blažienė is an assistant professor at and consultant of the Center of Pulmonology and Allergology. She consults patients that suffer from allergic diseases, immunodeficient conditions and lung diseases. She is a member of the Lithuanian Society of Allergology and Clinical Imunology, the European Academy of Allergology and Clinical Immunology, the American Academy of Allergy, Asthma and Immunology, the American College of Allergy, Asthma and Immunology, the Lithuanian Immunologists Society, and the European Respiratory Society. She is also a member of the Lithuanian Pulmonologists Society council. She has trained at the National Heart and Lung Institute (London, Great Britain), Loyola University Medical School Internal Medicine clinic (pulmonology and allergology) (Chicago, USA), Harvard University Hospital Allergology department (Boston, USA), and Clinic of Respiratory Medicine and Allergology (Lund, Sweden). She performs scientific research on the diagnosis and treatment of allergological diseases and bronchial asthma and their effects on patients’ quality of life as well as diagnosis and treatment of primary immunodeficiencies. Anželika Chomičienė. Anželika Chomičienė, a doctor, allergologist and clinical immunologist, senior physician for allergology and clinical immunology in the Center of Pulmonology and Allergology. Her medical doctoral dissertation was on “Diagnostic significance of autoreactivity markers in chronic urticaria.“ She is a lecturer at the Clinic of Infectious, Chest Diseases, Dermatovenereology and Allergology of Vilnius University. She has presented more than 30 scientific poster displays whose thesis have been published in foreign peer-reviewed medical journals. She published more than 10 articles in Lithuanian and peer-reviewed foreign scientific journals. She has worked on improving her professional qualification in Poland, Austria, Great Britain and Italy. She is a member of the Lithuanian Society of Allergology and Clinical Immunology and the European Academy of Allergology and Clinical Immunology. Her main scientific work topics are chronic urticaria, allergen specific immunotherapy, and bronchial asthma. She speaks fluently English, Polish and Russian. Chomiciene_Anzelika

Vygantas Gruslys. Vygantas Gruslys is the head of the Department of Interventional Pulmonology and Respiratory Function Diagnostics at the Center of Pulmonology and Allergology. His medical doctor's dissertation was “Piopneumothoracic surgery and prevention.” He is an associate professor at the Vilnius University Faculty of Medicine Clinic of Infectious, Chest Diseases, Dermatovenerology and Allergology. He improved his professional qualifications in the Czech Republic, Switzerland and Germany. He is the vice-president of the Lithuanian Thoracic and Cardiac Surgeons Society and a member of the Lithuanian Minimally Invasive Surgery Society's board. He is the co-author of 43 scientific publications.

Vytautas Jovaišas graduated from Vilnius University (VU) Faculty of Medicine in 1995. In 2000, he completed his VU general surgery residency and completed his thoracic surgery residency in 2002. Since 2002, he has been working as a thoracic surgeon at the Center of Thoracic Surgery at the Vilnius University Hospital Santaros Klinikos (Santariskiu Klinikos). He has been the head of the Department of Thoracic Surgery of Center of Pulmonology and Allergology since 2006. Since 2013, he has also been working at the Department of Interventional Pulmonology and Respiratory Function Diagnostics at the Center for Pulmonology and Allergology at Vilnius University Hospital Santaros Klinikos (Santariskiu Klinikos). Since 2003, experience with endoscopic bronchological work, including interventional bronchology. He improved his personal qualifications at a general surgery internship in Strasbourg organized by the European Council, at the Gdansk medical academy's abdominal surgery division, and at the Mayo Rochester clinic's abdominal surgery division. Elena Jurevičienė works as a pulmonologist since 1998, since 2010 she is a pulmonologist at the Center of Pulmonology and Allergology. 2004 she acquired a Master‘s degree of management and bussiness administration in  the Faculty of Economics of Vilnius University. Since 2015 she is a PhD student at the Clinic of Infectious, Chest Diseases, Dermatovenereology and Allergology of Medical Faculty of Vilnius University. Together with co-authors, she published several articles on multimorbidity in international medical journals. She prepared presentations at international conferences of Public Health, Integrated Medicine, Pulmonary Hypertention etc. She constantly improves her professional qualifications at various international conferences and congresses. She completed the European Respiratory Society training courses on Respiratory physiology and Pulmonary Hypertension. She performes scientific research on COPD and comorbidities, multimorbidity and pulmonary hypertension. She participates in EU Joint Actions on chronic diseasis, rare diseases and e-health. She is a member of the European Respiratory and Lithuanian Pulmonologists' societies.

Violeta Kvedarienė. The main focuses of her work and scientific research are drug allergies, bronchial asthma, allergic rhinitis, specific immunotherapy, atopic dermatitis, allergic contact dermatitis, food allergies, urticaria, and cold allergies. She is a senior research fellow at Clinic of Infectious, Chest Diseases, Dermatovenereology and Allergology of Vilnius University. Her medical doctoral dissertation was “Basophil CD63 marker test significance in drug allergy diagnosis.” She is a member of the European Academy of Allergy and Clinical Immunology, the UCB Allergology Institute (UCB Institut d'Allergie), the Lithuanian Society of Allergology and Clinical Immunology, and the Lithuanian Pulmonologists Society. She is the chief of medical science at Lithuanian Asthma Club Association and Bronchial Asthma Patients' “Kvėpuok Laisvai“ club. Laura Malinauskienė. Laura Malinauskienė works as an allergologist and clinical immunologist at the Center of Pulmonology and Allergology of Vilnius University Hospital Santaros klinikos. She is a senior research fellow at the Vilnius University Clinic of Infectious, Chest Disease, Dermatovenereology and Allergology. Her PhD thesis, completed in 2012 at Lund University (Sweden), was “Contact allergy to textile dyes”. She improved her professional qualifications at university clinics in Belgium, Germany, Spain, Great Britain, and Sweden. She is a member of the Lithuanian Society of Allergology and Clinical Immunology the European Academy of Allergology and Clinical Immunology, and the European Contact Dermatitis Society. She is the chair of the Vilnius regional bioethics committee. She is the author and co-author of articles published in peer-reviewed international and Lithuanian scientific journals. Virginija Šileikienė. Virginija Šileikienė is a pulmonologist at the Center of Pulmonology and Allergology. She treats and consults patients at the Department of Intensive Pulmonology and Chemotherapy and carries out respiratory function tests, bronchoscopies, and pleural punctures. Her scientific research focuses on issues specific to lung function and to the clinical and laboratory testing of patients suffering from chronic obstructive pulmonary diseases. In 2013, she defended completed her medical doctoral dissertation “The effects of bronchial inflammation on pulmonary function in patients suffering from chronic obstructive pulmonary diseases.” She is the chief of the Vilnius University Hospital Santaros Klinikos Interstitial Lung Diseases coordination center. She completed the European Respiratory Society training courses on respiratory organ physiology in Rome. She has published scientific articles together with co-authors. Edita Strumilienė. Since 2010, she has worked at the Department of Interventional Pulmonology and Respiratory Function Diagnostics and the Department of Pulmonology and Allergology at the Center of Pulmonology and Allergology in Vilnius University Hospital Santaros Klinikos. She is interested in bronchological tests, bronchoscopic interventions, and invasive pleural procedures. She is constantly improving her professional qualifications at conferences in Lithuania and across Europe. In 2013, she trained at the Poznan University of Medical Sciences in Poland. Dalius Vaičius. Dalius Vaičius is a pulmonologist at the Center of Pulmonology and Allergology of Vilnius University Hospital Santaros Klinikos. He has more than 25 years of practical experience as a pulmonologist. He has been a member of the European Respiratory Society since 1994. Nijolė Vaitkienė. Nijolė Vaitkienė works as a pulmonologist at the Consultation polyclinic of Vilnius University Hospital Santaros Klinikos. She is a member of the Lithuanian Pulmonologists and European Respiratory societies. Rolandas Zablockis. Rolandas Zablockis works as a pulmonologist and as the head of the Department of Pulmonology and Allergology at the Center of Pulmonology and Allergology of Vilnius University Hospital Santaros Klinikos. His medical doctoral dissertation was „The diagnostic value of pleural fluid test methods.” His scientific research and work focuse on pleural disease diagnosis (he performs pleural punctures, parietal pleural needle biopsies, pleural draining, and chemical pleurodeses); pulmonary and mediastinal tumor diagnosis (he performs various bronchoscopic procedures – bronchial, pulmonary and mediastinal tumours growth biopsies, bronchoalveolar lavages, bronchial catheterization, and trans-thoracic punctures and biopsies) and chemotherapeutic treatment (for in-patients and out-patients); lung as well as lung and cardiac transplantion (he is the pulmonary coordinator of the Pulmonary transplant group); the diagnosis and treatment of pulmonary hypertension (he is the pulmonary coordinator of the Pulmonary hypertension group); the treatment of respiratory failure using oxygen (the selection of the correct dose of oxygen), non-invasive pulmonary ventilation, positive pressure airflow ventilation (the correct piece of hardware is applied to each individual); thoracic cavity ultrasound tests (pulmonary, pleural and mediastinal disease diagnosis, as well as punctures and biopsies); pulmonary diseases during immunosupression; and the diagnosis and treatment of rare pulmonary diseases. Arūnas Žilinskas. Arūnas Žilinskas graduated from Vilnius University (VU) Faculty of Medicine in 1990. He completed his general surgery residency at VU in 1994 and his thoracic surgery residency in 1997. He has been working as a thoracic surgeon at the Center of Thoracic Disease Vilnius of University Hospital Santaros Klinikos since 1994. In 2013, he began working at the Department of Interventional Pulmonology and Respiratory Function Diagnostics of Center of Pulmonology and Allergology as well. His work consists primarily of investigating and treating esophageal diseases and performing bronchological tests. He is a member of the Lithuanian Thoracic and Cardiac Surgeons' Society and the Scandinavian Thoracic Surgeons' Society.
